Sylwia coordinates accounting workflows, reviews the flow of financial documents and supports the preparation of data required for VAT, CIT, payroll and statutory reporting.
Her managerial role includes organising the work of the accounting team, supporting accountants in current client matters and ensuring that accounting processes are carried out accurately and on time.
Sylwia continuously develops her knowledge in accounting and taxation. Outside work, she enjoys reading and mountain hiking.

Scope of work
Management of accounting workflows, task allocation and day-to-day support for the accounting team.
Supervision of bookkeeping, VAT and CIT settlements and preparation of accounting data for reporting purposes.
Coordination of payroll-related documentation, employee settlements and selected HR processes.
Role in the team
Sylwia manages the operational work of the accounting team and supports the delivery of accounting services to Polish and foreign-owned companies.
She is responsible for organising accounting processes, supporting team members and maintaining the quality and timeliness of client work.
