Szymon Gostyński is a Polish and U.S. New York State Attorney-at-Law. He is the founder and managing partner of Gostyński & Partners law firm.
He specializes in international law, especially international commercial transactions. His practice also covers civil law, commercial law, litigation and arbitration.
His clients are mainly Polish and foreign business entities. He also advises diplomatic missions of foreign states in Poland and has extensive experience in cross-border disputes.
In cooperation with Sarego Finance, Szymon supports foreign clients with legal matters connected with business activity in Poland, including companies, contracts, transactions and corporate matters.

He is an attorney of trust for the Consulate General of the Republic of Austria in Kraków, the Austrian Chamber of Commerce and an attorney for the Consulate General of the Slovak Republic in Kraków.
He regularly speaks at national and international legal conferences and is the author of publications in German and English on issues of Polish law.
