Sylwia Myśliwska is an Attorney-at-Law, Partner at Gostyński i Wspólnicy and a shareholder of Sarego Finance. Together with Jerzy Gaweł and Szymon Gostyński, she is one of the partners behind Sarego Finance. She works closely with the accounting and payroll teams on employment law and payroll-related legal matters for foreign-owned companies operating in Poland.
She advises international businesses on employment contracts, management contracts, HR documentation, workplace regulations, employee onboarding and the legal aspects of payroll processes.
Sylwia also supports employers in cross-border employment matters, including the employment of foreign nationals, international assignments and cooperation within international corporate groups.
Working alongside the accounting and payroll teams, she helps clients coordinate legal and payroll matters and ensures that employment-related processes comply with Polish regulations.
Sylwia graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University. She completed postgraduate studies in Public Procurement Law at the Warsaw School of Economics and has been admitted to the Kraków Bar Association since 2014.

Sylwia coordinates legal support related to employment law, HR and payroll matters. She works closely with the accounting and payroll departments, providing legal guidance that complements Sarego Finance’s accounting and compliance services.
Her role is focused on translating Polish employment requirements into practical processes that can be implemented by international employers operating in Poland.
